1. Product information

Descriptions, specifications, images and figures on this site (including moisture, glycyrrhizin content, dimensions, capacity and lead times) are provided for general information. Typical values are indicative and confirmed for each shipment by a per-batch Certificate of Analysis (COA) from accredited laboratories.

2. No binding offer

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or contract. Prices, availability and final specifications are agreed in writing per order; every transaction is governed by a separate sales contract and the agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF or DDP).

3. Inquiries and samples

Requests submitted through the site (samples, COAs, quotes, specifications) are inquiries only and create no obligation on either party until confirmed by a signed contract or proforma invoice.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its text, graphics, logos, the Oxus name and emblem, illustrations and layout are owned by KAYIZEN KOMPANI LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
